How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket send directly to your email. Mobile tickets are accepted.
How does it work?
Madame Tussauds: Please arrive at your confirmed date and time. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket at door 2 and start your visit of Madame Tussauds.
To guarantee access to the other attractions and avoid queues at the ticket desk, you can book your date and time slot in advance by login in to The BIG London Adventure booking portal. The booking portal’s address and how to login will be clearly stated on your e-ticket.
Once your attraction visits have been booked via the booking portal, instructions apply as follow:
London Eye: Join the Standard Experience boarding point at the time booked and confirmed on the booking portal. Please note: Your ticket is a standard ticket, not a Fast-Track ticket.
The London Dungeon: Show up at the entry for the next starting show at the time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.
Attractions not pre-booked via the booking portal will be subject to availability at time of visit and will require visiting the ticket desk to get booked into the next available timeslot. Immediate availability is not guaranteed.
How long are my tickets valid?
Your ticket to Madame Tussauds is valid on the chosen the day and time slot shown on your e-ticket. You can plan you visit to the other attractions anytime subject to availability within 90 days of your Madame Tussauds confirmed date.
What ticket types is available?
Adult (16+)
Child (3-15)
Infant (0-2): Free of charge
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a legal adult (18+)
How do I get my 10% discount voucher?
On your e-ticket there is a link to your exclusive 10% discount voucher for Madame Tussauds souvenir shop. Just print the discount voucher and present it to the cashier at Madame Tussauds souvenir shop to redeem your 10% discount.
Important information:
- Your tickets for Coca-Cola London Eye are standard tickets, where you skip the line at the box office. But there might be lines to the gondola, which you do not skip!
- The discount is compared to the price at the door*.

The closest station is Baker Street Station. Take Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan, Hammersmith or City Line.
Pokud vše dobře časově sladíte a nebude zrovna stávka dopravního podniku a nepojede metro, tak se to dá stihnout za jeden den, a budete mít den plný fantastických zážitků!

Rezervace lístků proběhla v naprostém pořádku.
Přímo v Londýně pak vše probíhalo také skvěle. Opravdu když máte lístek zakoupený předem tak funguje Fast track, kde čekáte mnohonásobně menší frontu než kdybyste lístky kupovali na místě.
Madame Tussauds pro nás byl asi největší zážitek a můžeme všem vřele doporučit, London Eyes je klasika, která musí být při výletu do Londýna viděna. Londýnské podzemí - krásně zpracované, ale bez toho abyste měli angličtinu na skvělé úrovni, tam opravdu nemá cenu chodit. Herci Vás zapojují do dialogů a celkově se vypráví příběh Anglie.

Naprostá spokojenost, koupili jsme lístky zde, na každé atrakci si jen oskenují čárový kód a je to, nikde nebyl problém. Vstupenky sice nejsou s přednostním vstupem, ale nikde jsme nečekali déle jak 15min.
